I have been an Eastsider for some months now and absolutely adore it. I am ten minutes from downtown, 5 minutes away from world class museums, and across the street from the Hebrew Gardens, which anyone who is aware of my dreams of making Jewricans knows how exciting that is to me!!!! Growing up in the N.O. I always felt the void of culture and never quite at home despite being raised there. Now I like to go to the Marina on East 55Th and walk by myself. On one of the few remaining warm Fall days we have I took this shot on the pier.Life just passed right through me
